The Quarantine Diaries: Part 1

The Quarantine Diaries: Part 1

“Hard days are blessings, worth the count and memory, they can shape us more.” ~Tyler Knott Gregson

The terms “destination” and “staycation” have evolved over the past few weeks into terms unfamiliar.  While we don’t have the freedom to travel, or gather socially, we can manage how we react, and invest the time available to care for self, exercise/move, evolve through learning, express gratitude, and connect/play with those close to us.  Together in mindset, let’s shift our focus, intentional with purpose and thankful for the gift of time in our today.
